◆Google+eBay=Google Skype ?
GoogleとeBayの提携が大きく騒がれていますね。
ITmedia：GoogleとeBayが提携、Google TalkとSkypeの互換実現へ
CNET Japan：熾烈化する広告パートナー獲得競争--イーベイがグーグルと提携を発表
GIGAZINE：GoogleとeBayが広告で提携、SkypeとGoogle Talk相互接続へ
Skype Blog：eBayとGoogleが提携発表
広告に関しては、米国以外でeBayの広告枠はGoogleのみになるというものと、広告リンクをクリックして電話がかけられる「Click-to-Call」機能へのスカイプ搭載が有力のようです。日本の場合はヤフオクが異常に強くeBay撤退しているから関係ないですけど、全世界的に見たら凄いことです。
あと、私がどちらも愛用している、Google TalkとSkypeの相互接続が可能になるとか。
うーん、両方使ってると、特に恩恵感じないかなぁ。Skypeの多機能とGoogle Talkの軽さと、一長一短なんですよね（当たり前ですけど）。この際、両者の良いとこどりの「Google Skype」が出ないですかね。Skypeの普及率と便利さから考えると、Google TalkがSkypeに近づいていって取りこまれていくってシナリオが濃厚でしょうか。
